Terms of Service

WorkFocus is a web-based daily task planner and project workspace designed for freelance developers. The Service includes daily task management, task workspaces, week view, project and bug tracking, notes, notifications, and related features as described on our features page.

WorkFocus is currently in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change as we continue development.

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use WorkFocus. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your WorkFocus account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others or create accounts for unauthorized purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' data or our systems without authorization
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, projects, and other content you create in WorkFocus. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for the content you store, including client credentials in the credential vault. Do not store information you are not authorized to hold.

WorkFocus offers a Free plan during early access. Pro features and paid billing are coming soon — see our pricing page for current plan details.

When paid plans launch, we will update these Terms and notify users before any charges apply. Continued use of paid features after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing terms.

WorkFocus, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary materials beyond normal use of the Service.

You may stop using WorkFocus at any time and delete your account from Settings → Account. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice when possible.

WorkFocus is provided "as is" and "as available" during early access. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every use case. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkFocus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or client work. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (currently $0 during free early access).

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
