What WorkFocus is
WorkFocus is a daily task workspace built specifically for freelance web developers. It helps you plan what matters today, work with full context on each task, and track what you shipped across the week — without the overhead of enterprise project management tools.
Every task gets its own workspace: rich text notes, checklists, reference links, document attachments, and a completed work log. Projects keep client work organized with tasks, bug tracking, and a credential vault. The week view shows your productivity at a glance — no manual time entry required.
Built by a freelancer, for freelancers
WorkFocus started as a personal tool. I was juggling multiple client codebases, losing track of what was due, and spending more time maintaining Notion databases than shipping work. So I built something closer to how freelance developers actually work: open the app, plan your day, switch clients as needed, log what you delivered.
